Small Vacuum System VTT series
This is a variable capacity Vacuum System compatible with small die casting machines. The vacuum tank and trap are integrally molded, and it has a sliding design that saves space and takes into account maintenance of the vacuum pump. By installing a special cartridge, it is possible to easily change the capacity of the vacuum tank, and it is expected to suppress the advance of molten metal.

Vacuum System TVT series

Operation flow
High speed shutdown valve control unit HSV series
This is a device that controls the "Vacuum Die Casting Shutdown Valve" manufactured by JTEKT Fluid Power Systems. We have specially developed a control board to match the cycle time of small to large die casting machines, and have achieved a controller charging time of more than 10 seconds.

- Stable valve operation is possible even with cycle times of 20 seconds or less
- It can be installed not only with Chuhatsu's Vacuum System but also with die casting machines equipped with other companies' Vacuum System
- It is also possible to control two vacuum valve systems (with two built-in controllers) in one unit
