Anti-rust agent for impregnation
Using the impregnation technology we have cultivated over many years, we provide rust preventive agents that prevent appearance defects caused by corrosion during the impregnation process.
Anti-rust agent FK
This is an improved version of Anti-rust agent type K, which does not fall under the Industrial Safety and Health Act. Like Anti-rust agent type K, this is a water-soluble Anti-rust agent developed for aluminum and iron. Please use it by adding it to the hot water immersion hardening tank during the impregnation process.
Features
- Added to the hot water immersion hardening tank and water washing tank during the impregnation process, it is effective in preventing rust and discoloration of the impregnated material
- It is safe to handle as it is a substance that does not fall under the Industrial Safety and Health Act
- Can be used even in hard water
Anti-rust agent K
A water-soluble Anti-rust agent developed for aluminum and iron. Please use it by adding it to the hot water immersion hardening tank during the impregnation process.

- Can be used for soft water and RO water with water hardness less than 50ppm
Anti-rust agent L
A water-soluble rust preventive agent developed for aluminum, copper, and zinc. Please use it by adding it to the hot water immersion hardening tank during the impregnation process.

- Added to the hot water immersion hardening tank and water washing tank during the impregnation process, it is effective in preventing rust and discoloration of the impregnated material
- Can be used for soft water and RO water with water hardness less than 50ppm
Anti-rust agent S
A water-soluble rust preventive agent developed for aluminum and iron. Please use it by adding it to the hot water immersion hardening tank during the impregnation process.

- Added to the hot water immersion hardening tank and water washing tank during the impregnation process, it is effective in preventing rust and discoloration of the impregnated material
- Rust prevention effect lasts for a short period of time even in hot and humid environments
- Can be used even in hard water
