In 1969The company was established with a capital of 2.8 million yen and a trade name of Chuo Hatsumei Institute Co.,Ltd., with its headquarters in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo and a factory in Musashimurayama-shi, Tokyo, with the intention of domestically producing the American-made Impregnants "Mogal Cast Seal."

In 1971Developed and released the first original inorganic Impregnants "Cydex Cast Seal B-0".

In 1973Increased capital to 11.2 million yen, purchased approximately 2,500 m2 of land in Mizuho-cho, Nishitama-gun, Tokyo (current location), and completed construction of a research laboratory and factory.
