Our company's strengths
Integrated in-house system from manufacturing of Impregnants to in-process management
We develop, manufacture, and inspect the quality of Impregnantss in-house, and also use them at our own processing plants. In addition to regularly inspecting the quality of the Impregnants during use, we also perform in-process inspections during the impregnation process, as well as post-treatment weight measurements and pressure leak inspections to ensure higher quality impregnation treatment. In addition, by adopting an in-house integrated system, we eliminate waste, unevenness, and overwork, and respond to short delivery times and all needs from small lots to mass-produced products.We also flexibly respond to blasting and plating treatments after impregnation treatment.

We also handle trial impregnation other than Impregnantss for mass-produced products, which is difficult for businesses that contract impregnation processing to handle. We respond to various needs such as adding some functionality to the base material using new Impregnantss developed in-house or Impregnantss prepared by customers.

Our Impregnantss are distributed globally, and the parts to be impregnated are used in many countries around the world. The use of RoHS Directive substances is restricted mainly in EU member countries, and we regularly conduct external surveys to determine if our Impregnantss contain designated substances.
