1969 Capitalized at ¥2.8M, Chuo Hatsumei Institute Co. , Ltd. was established with head office in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo and factory at Musashimurayama-shi in Tokyo , for the purpose of providing a domestic source for Morgal Cast Seal impregnation from the USA .
1971

Developed and began sales of Sidex Castseal B-0 , our first original inorganic impregnant

1972

Developed and began sales of Techni Seal inorganic impregnant

1973

Increased capital to ¥11.2M and purchased 2500m2 land in Mizuho-machi , Nishitama-gun, Tokyo (present location), and completed construction of the institute and factory.

1975

Developed and began sales of Molcoat coating agent for metal molds

1979

Developed and began sales of Superseal BS-4 neutral inorganic impregnant

1980

Established business of impregnation processing of sintered components

1981

Developed and began sales of Superseal P-401 organic impregnant

1983 Increased capital to ¥30M. Established Shikoku TSC
1986

Began development and production of impregnation equipment. Impregnation of sintered components expanded in earnest.

1989

In response to the abolition of CFCs , developed and began sales of water-washable organic impregnant Superseal P-601

1990

Designed and implemented a fully - automatic impregnation system at a customer's factory. Simultaneously updated our own factory equipment.

1994

Developed and began sales of Altouch spot sealant.

1995 Completed construction and opening of headquarters office building
1996

Hamamatsu TSC opened.
Developed and began sales of Altouch spray type spot sealant.

1997

Developed and began sales of Corecort coating agent for core sand.

2001

Completed construction and opening of headquarters laboratory building

2002

Developed and began sales of Superseal P-801 recyclable impregnant.
